Another option is going to be shingles. These are a good option because oftentimes they have a pretty extended warranty. For labor, it is going to cost more than asphalt because it is heavier. Cedarwood is going to be another option. Most people do not go with this option, because it is pricy. It looks very nice though and of course, lasts a long time.
